Place your Oodie securely in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the item is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
