How do I wash my Oodie?
To keep your Oodie fluffy, we recommend a cold machine wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergents. Avoid tumble drying, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve the specialized fleece fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer different sizes?
Our standard Oodies are designed to be oversized and one-size-fits-most, based on a 6XL hoodie size. We also offer a dedicated Kids Oodie range for children aged 3 to 13 years old.
